Since December of 2000 Pastor Jason & JIllian O'Neal have dedicated their life to reaching the hurting, the broken and the lost of this world. They have dedicated everything they do to creating a Covenant Culture in the body of Christ. Helping hurting pastors and ministry leaders get back on their feet, or just helping them get started. God has done some amazing things!
Thier experience has been broad, from evangelism to discipleship to planting a life giving church in downtown Elkhart in 2013, their journey has been a radical one.
Jason & Jillian have 3 amazing kids Mackenzie, Jordan and Addison. They strongly believe in not only setting a Godly example for their family, but emersing their children IN the work of the Kingdom! You will often find their kids right along side them in the field!

Pastor Jason & Jillian have invested their lives pouring into others who have never had someone to walk out this journey with them. Whether it be through encouragement, Bible study or counseling, LINC offers a wide range of opportunities to invest in you!
Chris & Danielle Ellis
Chris & Danielle Ellis have been a vital part of The LINC Ministries team since 2013. Danielle serves as Pastoral assistant and handles the majority of our administrative duties. Chris has served as leadership and is currently over our logistics and Security team.
We believe in doing "Life" together, so they have become more like family than staff. They are currently celebrating the addition of a new baby boy Owen! We celebrate with them!

Ricki Pollock
Ricki Pollock has been with The LINC Ministries Team since 2013. She is currently over our Intercessory Prayer Team and has played a major role in the Prayer covering over the ministry. She leads a team of strong prophetic intercessors over our ministry.
We believe in doing "Life" together, so Ricki has become more like family than staff as well.
